As of the October 2019 Linn's Scott Update, the stamp is not yet listed. With a face value of 30d, it should get a catalog value of $1.10. Maybe it will appear in the November update.
I learned something new, though. On February 12, 2019, under agreement with Greece, Macedonia officially changed its name to North Macedonia. Scott is continuing the listings for North Macedonia under the previous country name (Macedonia).

I just received the November 18, 2019, issue of Linn's. The Scott update does not include nay stamps from Macedonia (North Macedonia).
Tony stated that the stamp was issued in June 2019. Scott is still listing new issues from 2018 up to May 2019 for that area of the world. Maybe it'll be listed in the December monthly update issue.

Greece had and issue with Macedonia joining the EU so they changed the name to, actually added North, North Macedonia.

Perfect! That's what I was looking for.
Does anyone know where the Scott # break is? Macedonia became North Macedonia during the range February 6-12, 2019. Any sense of what the last catalog number is before Feb 6, 2019 and which is the first on or after Feb 12?
I'm finally putting together some instructions for ranges of catalog numbers for the Smithsonian OFEC challenge (somewhat expanded).

...in Scott 2022 edition, it is still under Macedonia, the #800 is last issue printed with name Republic of Macedonia, in Scott 2022 edition, Vol. 4B, page 58, You will see name Republic of North Macedonia in subtitle, but still under main name/title Macedonia (page).
Issue number 801 is printed with this "new" name of country.
