Hi Horamakhet
It isn't easy to ignore an interesting stamp or collection, and the urge to obtain them can be impossible to control.
It does look like a paper fold, and it also has an overprint face value increase.

Hi Rob
So true, I can't resist a bargin, and the collection was many WA early swans.
I am going to start categorizing my QEII pre-decimal stamps this weekend into the order of the ACSC catalogue.
A long and enjoyable job, then I will do the decimal issues. Now that I have my new library organised I can also listen to music as well, and just get "lost" until my wife tells me to come out.
I will just pretend that I don't hear, until the third or fourth time, or until she comes searching for me.
Regards

Hi to all
Yes Rob, I did not take my own advice, a bought a small collection of Western Australia, but there were some other states as well.
This would have been a nice paper fold?, if the stamp had not been so scrappy.
