I did a search and learned a bit about the 2 royal lines of Serbia.
Also turned up this page, which doesn't really tell us much, but does sort of/perhaps/maybe (could I be any more vague) tie in to royal claims in the former Yugoslavia.

...Privat made, by some person who just make way to collect money.... it is short response form YuRePublic (Philately) group on FB.
According personal investigation and talking with people from Belgrade, I have (not official) information, that this stamp is clearly privat made, with no any connection to Serbian Dynasty or Royal family.
One old collector, I can say, master in Serbian Philately, told me, that he saw even article in newspaper of this case, but I can not find any.
There was written of "Warning" about person who collect donation for this "House".

This item I found in a packet with middle east stamps. It was obviously misplaced there, but what is it? I tried to google for info, but could not find anything... Perhaps someone has seen these before?
