tamp that I've seen with top border imperforated. Per the Scott Catalogue listing, the stamp "exists imperforate" at a much higher valuation than the perforated issue. Is this stamp somewhere in between; thus a coil, or booklet issue? If so, is the valuation greater than the catalogue listing for a fully perforated stamp?
