Has anyone ever seen this "Grenoble Error " stamp from the USSR? It is lacking the green ink on the last stamp on the printed sheet of 5 stamps for the Winter Olympics in 1967. I can't find anything online or in Scott about this and it's Scott number or value. I have one strip of the 5 full gum stamps with the first 4 normal and last in error. Would appreciate any feedback on this.

Probably You will need certificate about this item.
I have Zagorsky catalog from 2008 year, and there are nothing mentioned about any kind of "error" on this issue!
