Most of this cover is self explanatory. It's from 1904, with a flag cancel. The sending company and receiving company were well known at the time. My question is,what does the "19A" mark/stamp signify? Image Not Found

Possibly a postal worker identification cancel, like they used in the Netherlands and Belgium, meaning the person who handled this letter marked it with his number. See links for more info.
