Can you please help me to get more info on this overprint where and why it was used.
This is Russia Scott 6017c I believe, has anyone seen this overprint? It says Russia air mail 1993, Northers Russian territory. Franz Josef Land, Novaya Zemlya 500 rubles. I searched all over and can’t find this overprint.
