StampManage is a windows based app. It is from Liberty Street Software. It has a lot of pre-entered dats (Scott numbers) and can add images.
EzStamp is another but have not used it in many years.

EZStamp is actively marketed and I have it. For me, its biggest value has been the collection of photos associated with the full world version. It is an incredible resource overall.

I've been using Stamp Manage for a few years now. It's a little difficult to manage because it has so many features, but I will admit I have not done a deep dive into the software. I export my want list to a PDF file with pictures and email it to myself and download it to my phone so I have it when I am at shows.

I’m looking to find an app that allows cataloguing of collections and uploading of pics if there is such a thing?
