The literal translation I got was "Army Thing". Not sure if that helps???
I would translate it as "Military matters".
Roy
The closest translations are military material or military business
I still like "Army Thingee"!
Thanks, everyone.
I cannot understand the word "Heeressache" rubber stamped on a cover sent from From Der Territorialdelegierte der freiwilligen Krankenpflege für das Großherzogtum Sachsen. (The Territorial Delegate for Volunteer Nursing of the Grand Duchy of Saxony.) To Das Centralkimitee der Deutsches Verine vom Roten Kreuz. (The Central Committee of the German Union of the Red Cross.)
Please excuse my faulty German.
