The first stamp is a newspaper stamp from Bohemia and Moravia (part of Czechoslovakia), which was occupied territory by Nazi Germany just before and during World War II. Scott #P20
The second stamp is from East Saxony in eastern Germany during the Russian Occupation following World War II. Scott #15N9
As a helpful tip, using the Index and Identifier at the back of each Scott Catalogue will give you the information where to find both of those stamps.
Using the names either at the top or the bottom of the Bohemia and Moravia newspaper stamp will take you to Volume 2B of the catalog, and simply looking up the word "Post" on the East Saxony stamp will take you to volume 3A. I constantly say that learning how to use the catalogues (Scott, Gibbons, Michel, and others) will help save time and frustration. Catalogues are tools just like a perforation gauge. They are not just numbers and values.
