It is from an area called Turkey in Asia. It is found in the Scott Catalogue immediately following the listings for Turkey.
This stamp is Turkey in Asia, Scott #78. It is a common stamp.
The image on the stamp actually describes the Pact of Revenge for burning of the village (more like hell than heaven!) that is depicted in the cloud at the top.
Also, don't forget to use the illustrated stamp identifier at the back of each Scott catalogue. A picture of this very stamp is shown in it.
