"You made me look!!" I checked my PEI stamps. Some of the early ones were used, but thankfully all of the newer ones, which would have been the ones lying around, are mint! I would imagine the same problem exists for the newer NS, BC, NB and maybe even the last series of Newfoundland. My wife was a Newfoundlander and according to her father mint sets of the last Newfoundland series were handed out free of charge in 1949.
