Hi,
It's Russia Scott #561 issued April 22, 1935.

Jacques,
Thanks for the information. I guess my eye sight is getting worse. Time for a checkup.

The text along the left vertical translates to “all world”. (Versus “mezdunarodniya”, or international. Literally, “btwn peoples).
The text along the horizontal is Spartikade”.
As you undoubtedly already know, the 1935 stamp series was intended to commemorate the Intl Spartikade Games (Moscow). Although the 1935 games were cancelled.
Depending upon the time period, Spartikade Games were either USSR/Eastern Bloc’s supplement to or substitution for the (western) Olympics.
Cheers.
I do not know why I keep torturing myself like this, I don't even collect Russian stamps.
I normally pride myself in being able to research anything, but after 2 days, I give up.
Best I can come up with is probably a label of some sort. Translation is "Worldwide something" Believe the second word has to do with food, but not sure.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
