It's a revenue stamp, so it isn't listed in the standard catalogues.

I like these, great fun to collect and not expensive either.
Your type was issued in 1890, with date plug (Feb 1st 1894).
Under 'General Duty, Embossed Revenues' it is Barefoot Number 140. Wmk Orbs, Perf 12
