Believe the wording on the side translates to "Internal Income Stamps" or something like that.

Based on your description and posting I found some on Ebay for sale. Not concerned about value, but just wanted to know where they fit in Puerto Rico.

Does anyone know if they are similar to the Florida Documentary Tax?
