I TRIED TO UPLOAD IT BUT MY PIC IS TO BIG SO IT DOESN'T WANT TO UPLOAD I tried Russia but couldn't find any stamp that's the same

You will need to reduce the size of your image, there are ways and programs to do this.
If you use the search bar above and type in "image size" and search on keyword it will give you a list of posts.
Many of us use a free program called Irfanview which is very easy for resizing, cropping and editing images.

Thanks it's a serpentine roulette 2 the stamps was cancelled because of defects

Can someone please tell me I find a stamp it's a 10 kon reddish brown stamp on side looks like a coil stamp and the inside has an emblem on it looks like the National coat of arms with the lion inside
