Welcome Gerom, Good to have you join.
I think they are Michel 206 from 1922. The postmark looks genuine.
Your English is 100% better than my Romanian.
The colour difference could be fading or water wash from soaking, is the 2nd stamp unused?
At the bottom of each Stamporama page is a Language button that will courtesy of Google translate the pages, just select your country. Probably not perfect but maybe will help.
Here is the above translated by Google.
re: Germania infla?ie timbre periode

The Michel catalogue does not list a second shade/colour, nor does Scott catalogue. The colour loss is probably from soaking off paper or just general fading.
Cancels from Freiburg with the ending 1W are not listed as false. So this cancel is good.
Sometimes the lighter under-print is over the darker color. A few of these are listed in the Michel as varieties.
Right Mi. 191, Left Mi. 191I
Fading is probably the reason for the difference. Many red dyes/pigments are not stable and fade quickly, especially when exposed to sunlight.
Thank you for the information about the cancel.A friend with a old cat.Scott (2009 ed.) write me that is possible to be Scott # 181a "pale rose (background) omitted" What you think?
It is possible? and what cote?
I don´t have a Scott, It is Mi.206 from 1922. The background as far as I can see is not omitted but very lightly printed. Would be nice if it was, you would have a really good and rare stamp.
Hello SOR people, this time I have to write in Romanian. Maybe somebody will join us soon!
Buna George,
Eu nu sunt interesat in Germania, perioada respectiva.
SOR members I am ready to satisfy your curiosity. I wished George, in Romanian, welcome in our community. He already got excellent answers to his question.

Hello Virgil,
o zi buna
George
