Bought at the Expo, this block of 4 gutter with plate number 3 is scarce, normally the plate number is guillotined prior to shipping out to the post offices. Perforation 14.75 x 14, it is printed on stiff paper.

Hi Horamakhet

It's scarce and the perforation is different to the normal perforations made in the same year. It also has the guttering that had since been discontinued as counterfeiters could use the blank official stamp paper to make forgeries.

I took a few photos of the Expo and hopefully they aren't blurred; I bought a few other stamps and two rare covers, they range from scarce to very rare.

Hopefully will upload them all tonight.
