Those have a Schermack Type 2 perforation on them. Large mailers used Schermack's stamp affixing equipment, which often was less than accurate in separating the stamps.

They are listed in the Scott US Specialized Catalogue.

Catalog values have little relationship to actual market value. Once you have a catalog number for the stamps, you can use the eBay search feature and filter only on 'sold' listings. Then you can factor in condition.
