Without the stamp being turned over, I'm guessing it's a large multi watermark. The lines on the front will coincide with the watermark.
OK, I can see a large crown now at the right center of the stamp. There also appear to be "A" around it. So, it appears to be the multiple crown and "A" watermark.
Thankyou,do you know any information you can give me about the information as I'm stumped. Also can you tell me if this stamp has a line perforations or a comb perforations. I have been doing my homework on this.
The kangaroo's ears are not right as the only way to describe them is they look like a M in McDonalds. I will have another look at the watermark and let you know as this stamp doesn't look right
I had a look and it is crown over A mult watermark. Does anyone know where I can find more information about this stamp as I just looked at the stamp again, the Kangaroo ears look like bunny ears. I'm still learning so any help would be good, I hope people can see the Kangaroo ears also the other things on the stamp. Thankyou
Hello again, I'm just looking at the stamp again and is that a upside down no 5 at the top near the wattle also near the wattles there is some darker lines. I'm guessing they are wattles?? I haven't got my computer until tonight to make some images bigger
I have had a bigger and better look at this stamp
No 5 at top
Wattle wearing beanie near no 5
Kangaroo poking his tongue out
Dark lines just below beanie looks like something was crossed out a retouch??
crack just above kangaroo going to U
The 1 of 1/2 on left bottom half is bent also part of the 2 is straight where it is supposed to be bent
Hi Pooh
I enlarged the stamp and darkened it to bring out any variety it may have. What you see are numerous scratches and wear from constant handling over the decades; these can give an appearance as if they are varieties.

Could someone please tell me about this stamp. The Kangaroo's ears are not right, The fraction 1/2 in the right side is not right, There looks like a white line going down past the Kangaroo and A, There is alot more white joining the H of Half, The Kangaroo's mouth and his hind legs dosen't look right. King George hairline looks like it has gone further above his head.
Someone kindly give me a book but I can't find anything in the book
