The Esperanto Conference in 1963 was in Bulgaria but the stamp may have been printed and issued in a country other than Bulgaria, Looks more like an Italian product to me.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to submit my question. I have this "poster" stamps from Bulgaria and I note that it is not in the Scott Catalogue. Can anyone tell me anything about it and poster stamps in general? Is a poster stamp really a cinderella stamp? Are there numbers for them? Value?
