I don't think so. From what I found, the ZIP Code for Biskra Palm (which is an unincorporated community) is for the post office for Desert Hot Springs, California 92241.
I would have liked that there is a post office with the name of "Biskra" to add a stone to
my collection, too bad, but I do not lose hope and continue my research.
Thank you so much

Algiers, New Orleans
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
" ..... Algiers /æl?d???rz/ is a section of New Orleans, the only Orleans Parish community located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. Algiers is known as the 15th Ward, one of the 17 Wards of New Orleans. The neighborhood became the birthplace of Jazz as it was once home to many of the early African American Jazz artists in the early 1900s. This ward is the biggest of all 17 wards and is considered a historic piece of land to the history of N'orlins......"
I recently learned that there is a place in California called "Biskara Palm."
the Palm trees of this place were transferred from the city of Biskra in Algeria and planted in California.
As I have a theme that deals with everything related to Algeria through the stamps of the world, can anyone tell me if in Biskra Palm, there is a post office that has the same name to allow me to have a post office stamp in my collection.
Thank you
