Scanned below from my collection are watercolor postcards created by artists using cut-up postage stamps. I have several of these postcards in my collection. They were made in Hong Kong and elsewhere to sell to tourists. They are not rare, as they can be found selling on eBay all the time, but they are desirable and sought after by many postcard collectors. Each one is a unique piece of art. Does anyone else collect similar cards?

Lovely!

I love the thoughtful use of the various geometric components. Like the collar on the dog and the shoes on the boy.

I would like to give a big thanks to one of our Stamporama members for helping me add two more of these postcards to my collection. (We worked a deal.) The boy with rabbit is similar in style to my other ones, but the second one is a different style. It seems to be more North American, perhaps from Canada. I have no idea where it was created, but it looks like folk art to me. Stamporama members are the best!Happy
