General Philatelic/Identify This? : Need to identify this postage due stamp

I have searched on line and am unable to find anything. The POSTES A PERCEVOIR leads me to French or French Colony postage dues. But the vertical Arabic inscriptions on the sides are a mystery. Please help!Image Not Found

according Yvert & Tellier catalogue : French Morocco colony due stamps of 1897
from "Fez" to "Meknes" in arabic language on the two sides
Yv. N° 25 value : 12.00€

Aha! So this is a local postage due for underpaid mail going between Fez and Meknes.

No. French parcel post stamps are inscribed "Colis Postal". "Chiffre Taxe" is postage due.

It is a due stamp and not parcel stamp "Taxe à percevoir on the stamp means "tax to be collected"

I was very lucky last year to see Maurice Hadida's amazing display in London of the Moroccan locals, the Sheriffian post and the foreign post offices issues on cover.
