Finally sorting and really looking into my inherited stamp collection. Became a member here and am shocked that 4 years has gone by since I was last here!

My question is trading here. If I understand, there is no trading here- only auctions.

Previous posts recommended to get familiar with members and what their interests are. Is that how people start to trade? More by personal interaction with members?

Any help appreciated!

re: Trading/Auctions

Jennifer, in the Discussion Board, scroll down to the bottom of the discussion topics. At the bottom you will find what we call the Classified Ads Section. There you can post a classified ad to seek out others for trading stamps.

The other ad topics permit you to buy and sell. We also have an active auction area as well as the Approvals area where we have sold thousands of stamps.

Before posting a classified ad, please read the posting rules. The link is provided in the information box for each ad topic.

The classified ads and the approvals have been added during your 4 year hiatus. Check out the rest of the site for other things besides buying and selling stamps. There's plenty of information on this site, and we have won awards for it, as well as been featured several times in Linns over the past few years.

Welcome back!
