You can wait to be sent an invoice or if you have finished buying contact the seller and ask for an invoice.
Sometimes we give buyers longer to purchase a few more items, sometimes we specify that invoices will be sent at certain times, it is all quite relaxed.

So I went and bought a number of stamps in the Approval Books here. It was fun to do, but now I'm wondering what's next. I read the "fine print", and some of the sellers mentioned an invoice, but some were vague and at least one said payment needed to be within 72 hours and didn't mention an invoice. Should I wait for an invoice from each of them before trying to pay? I ordered multiple stamps from each seller, and I don't know how much the packages will weigh. Advice would be appreciated! I don't want to screw up my first time buying here.
