Hi to all, I have seen the variety which is under the neck of George, on Penny reds, and greens, but, I can not find a reference to it on the Penny Violet in the latest edition of the ACSC.

The single copy of the Penny red has a tail on the top of the E in ONE.

The pair, on the left had stamp, it looks like George has a bulbous tumour on the side of his head, or is this an illusion cause by the post mark. It is just above the Y & D of the word Sydney.
The emu on the right hand stamp has a saddle, which is a known variety.

These are all from the collection that I purchased.

1d violet listed as 76(4)h in 2014 edition.
