From 50+ years ago. Our family lived in Taiwan when I was 6-7 years old, and this was probably a Christmas present. In the picture you can see the straps of an Army footlocker that housed dad's collection and now holds (part of) my collection. There is masking tape on the spine of the album, and small pieces of tape holding the interleaving.
I had so many of those common issues that came in the bulk packets. On the right side, those Indian stamps with the country outline... for several years I thought that was a picture of a human heart. 
I was probably nine or ten before I realized that the "Heart of India" was not a national treasure of some kind. 
Glad I hung on to it!
