I can relate!

I went through some 'lean times' back in the late 1990s, and sold off most of my high-value US classics to raise cash. Have been working on resurrecting that collection, and the only one left on my wishlist is Scott #39, that is, until you get to the $3 and $4 Columbians...

Maybe someday...

The feeling I got when I scored was the same I get when welcoming home an old friend!

Even better is going to a show and finding some of the very same items you parted with years before. I once was going through a box of covers and recognized a couple I'd formerly owned. I snapped them up, the serendipity was just too great to ignore.
