Siberia Civil War issue - Kolchak (Adm. Kolchak) Government 1919 - Sc1 if perf 14x14.5, don't think that Scott lists the imperf variety.

Scott Siberia #7 / SG 1.

SG lists the imperf stamps first then the perf stamps while Scott does the opposite.
