I have been asked to make an offer on 2 x S/S Indonesia Sc #118A and Sc #119A Scott's 2017 catalogues these at US $250 and $125 respectively.
What do you think a fair offer would be? These are the imperf sheets O/P.

If they are the proper stamps there is a set of them on Ebay with the Merdeka O/P for $92.40 USD.

Yikes, this is typical for me. Finally find something that I want and the seller is one that I never buy from because they often have misidentified and incorrect listings that take advantage of hobbyists. I can hold my nose and buy from some questionable sellers but I draw the line with this one.

whether a personal experience
or from close observation.

I think 15% of catalog will be a fair price, but make sure you take a look at the back side of each MS before your offer.
