These 3 stamps are attached at perforations and affixed to an envelope cut. The postmark is Port Washington NY JUL 1997. Other than "1997, the stamps have no info/denomination, but one stamp has "T375" in fine black print in lower right corner.

I would say that these are private labels from Publisher's Clearing House.
