It appears Korean to me, so I ran the image through a free online Korean OCR program, and then a translation program.

It wasn't perfect, but returned:
Mist ... Thinning...Lung
with gaps.
This suggests to me that it may be part of a TB seal with a Korean message.

It should be correct. In Romanian catalog it is mentioned that labels were issued in 20 languages, Korean being one of them. Just that I could not decipher it! The text should be translated as: "Peace and Friendship".
Thanks! Still I am interested in other stamps with the label attached. Myself I have some.

Yes, that's it.
I used Google translate to generate "Peace and Friendship" to Korean. Here is the result:
I would say that's a match, at least for the first word.

Can somebody let me know what language is this? It belongs to a label attached to a Romanian stamp. I have few in other languages, but I am looking for missing ones. Thanks.
