Where can I send donation of box of off-paper stamps?
Thanks for your interest Richard.
Currently, our mailing address is:
434 Christina Street North
Sarnia, ON N7T 5W2 Canada
We are a border town and recently found a "mail-drop" facility in Port Huron, MI (about 30-90 minutes across the bridge depending on traffic volume and Border Security delays) that will accept packages from within the USA and allow us to pick them up, to take back to Canada.
The majority of our donors are in the US, so that might be more convenient (and less expensive) for donors. However, there is a charge for the service and apparently a defined time-period that we would have to pick up the package once received (otherwise they will "return to sender"). So we are still trying to work out the logistics before we proceed in that direction.
Hopefully we can announce an alternative (US) address in the next few months.
Craig (& Dave LeMaven)
Good job I saw this, was going to send some off this week to the old address, will make sure I send to Canada this time
Do you have a web site, facebook page, etc. for the Canadian Project?
The website (set up by Roy, and using his server) is "Under Construction":
http://HolocaustStampsProject.ca
Dave (Lemaven) has been trying to get his daughter to help him with the programming (she's studying New Media after all) - but she is working for the University this summer and has her first "real" boyfriend. Unfortunately, as he moans frequently, "Dad's needs are far down the list...except when she needs $40,000 to continue her studies..." He is hoping to get her to do some programming remotely next week when her summer contract ends and before classes begin in September. Stay tuned!
A Facebook page was set up initially but has proven cumbersome, so the intention is to just support the website.

Hopefully these links work.

Thank you to Mel Bohannon for another generous donation.
Dave's daughter is home from school this weekend before classes start again, and he is hoping to get her to work on the website that Roy Lingen very nicely set up for us.
We recently had some students at Sarnia Public School get together to count some stamps, and our "official" total is 98,347. From the total volume we have received so far, that looks to be about 1/3 of what we currently have on-hand.
A LONG way from our target of 11 Million, but this will hopefully expand rapidly as we get additional school sponsorships and the website up-to-date.
