Ruling out the covers that have an infinite interval between mailing and final destination, the challenge is to show your cover with the LONGEST interval....

Can't make out the day in December, 1942 that it was mailed, so I'm gonna say this one is right around 4 months. It's a double-censored cover in my Wartime collection.
