I do not think the stamp is 'perf 15'. There is a private perf 12.5 (International Vending Machine Company Perforations), you can learn more here

Hi,your correct I was counting holes and thought 15,my fault,it would be 12.5,I wonder what it is,your link said only Scott 320 was perfed 12.5,I don't want to send it in when it gets here if it's a fake.
What's on the other side?
Bruce
Perforation count is basically the number of peaks or valleys within a 20 mm space.
When only one figure is given, say 10, it is understood that the stamp has the same perforation horizontally and vertically, when two figures are given like, 10.5X11, the first figure always correspond to the top of the stamp as you look at it, the second to the sides.
I don't know whats on the reverse as it's in the mail to me now,I'll post a picture when it comes.
On Siegels website they have a picture of a Scott 345 Var made by International Macine Vending Company,it's the only pair known and surprisingly not worth a lot of money,$700,which I don't care about the value I like finding the rare stuff, maybe it's a new find ?
Just picked this up for 5 bucks, must be a private perf,it's not perf 12 as there are 14 holes on the long side while perf 12 stamps have 13 holes on the long sides of W/Franklins.,anybody out there know ?
I don't have a picture of the reverse because I just bought it and it's not even in the mail to me yet.
