Hello Snowy12,
I don't have a current Scott but the 2016 Volume I info is the following:
$5.00 - #4719 - $8.75
$10.00 - #4720 - $17.50
I doubt seriously that anything has changed as current stamp info rarely changes. The older stamps do change from time to time. By the way those are the MNH values. Used values are $2.50 and $9.00.
Jim
Confirming they are the same price in the 2018 catalogue.
Actually, the $10 stamp is still available from the USPS store, so its catalogue value is meaningless.

They are at my post office too.
$5.00 - #4719 - $8.75
$10.00 - #4720 - $17.50
Consider that Scott may be imposing an 'automatic' premium on the value over face of 75% based on some obscure internal methodology.
Makes me wonder if this methodology is applied to many, most, or all modern issues as a matter of company policy.
Ha-RUMPH!
It's not hard to find examples of Scott values being way out of touch with the marketplace. And so, I don't put much stock in them.
When I see catalog values quoted as part of an item description, I see it as wishful thinking on the part of the seller. Would be nice, wouldn't it, to be able to expect the market to be there?

Scott's usual formula for new issues is double face value. The lower percentage seems to be found more and more on higher fave-value stamps.
and, remember, Scott prices things as IF a dealer is handling the stamp, not that you bought it from the PO or from a box lot
