I have read so many of the Panama Overprint Varieties that my head is spinning. I have a question and that is what do they mean by the David Cancels and another ad read Heydon189J?

David is a city in Panama so I assume you are referring to cancels from that city.

Heydon was the first philatelist to do a study of Panamanian stamps and there is a rare catalog of his that can be had. I sadly do not own a copy.
