I found this website while trying to verify the genuineness of the stamps on a few Honduran covers I have of the 1920 "Dawn of Peace" issue:

It is a well done site, telling you how to distinguish the genuine from the fakes, and giving you some history of the stamps too. Unfortunately all the stamps on my covers were illegal reprints.
