From what I can find, there sure weren't. I do see the decoders available online in several places. Just a short-lived gimmick!

I had completely forgotten these existed, but came across my old "stamp decoder" today -- a little viewer that USPS sold decades ago to view the hidden images in certain issues. Does anyone have much info about these? So far I have found only one website that lists only a few issues - I am wondering if there are more.
