I had not known of Richard but my wife belongs to the Europa Study Unit and their bulletin came in todays mail. Richard passed away on Memorial day at age 99 and was a dealer in Europa stamps until a short while ago. He said he was never more at peace than when he was working on his stamps..i imagine a few of us can relate to that.
