Even thou it is hard without the image I can describe it a bit more.

Postes There is a red line going through the O but not all the way, that is why I said it looks broken.

The little square at the side of mouth does look even all around and coloured in red.

I keep looking at the stamp and there is a white image underneath cents but I can't make out what it is?? That is why I thought it was part of his uniform underneath.

Could you please tell me when they print the stamp does everything go on in stages when printing like, Does the Arch go on first, then George, then cents or does everything gets printed at once?? What type of paper is used?
