I found this in a collection that was given to me and I can't determine its authenticity.

I have looked at the examples of forgeries and remainders on www.filatelia.fi and I can't find any match there.

Am I in a state of wishful thinking?

Are there wiser heads than mine out there?

Reprint due to the tiny dot/mark below the "M"? I would guess a late state reprint (like 98% of the ones floating around.)

I just got overwhelmed and confused with all the varieties of forgeries and reprints.
