Here is the info on the pink & yellow one;
it's from a sheet of 12; Scott #2838a-l
Yours is #2838h.
(The original design was from Dec., 1981 - Scott #2273)
Sorry for the fuzzy image here -

I believe to first one is Scott #1651 from March 1970;
"Agricultural Meteorological Station"
From the 10th annual World Meteorological Day.
