I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Will someone with a 2017 Scott Catalogue provide me with the CV for this stamp? My 2011 indicates that the CV is $2 mint and $9 used. A dealer on Hipstamps has this stamp for sale and indicates that the CV is $450.

I asked the dealer what catalogue he used to obtain the value and the dealer responded that the 2017 Scott Catalogue was used.

Thanks.

Bill,

Thanks for the response.

Is the stamp that scarce that the CV would jump from $9 used to $450 in just 6 years? The same stamp is being offered on ebay by various sellers for about $20 mint. that in itself is a big jump in the mint price. I am confused. Confused
