The "Overprint" printing on stamp is a little difficult to decipher, but I'm unable to identify origin of this stamp? Any ideas? Image Not Found

Hi,

It's from the 1920 plebiscite in Allenstein (then in East Prussia, now in Poland).

These were in use for only a short time. All of the issued stamps can be seen below.
With catalog values of only $70 mint and $100 used it is one of the easiest areas to complete.
