Unfortunately there are quite a few pirated copies of various catalogues and Steiner Pages doing the rounds.
You never know what viruses could be on them so take care.

I found these (or a similar) cache a few years back, and have resisted sharing the URL to avoid damaging the reputation of this forum.

I found the 2009 pdf version in 2011, and have been using it ever since, although I did buy a new 2011 set of 6 Scott softcover catalogs a few days after finding the pdf version. After paying more than $600 for the 2011 books, my conscience is clear. I've paid my dues IMHO.
