What, exactly, is this? I have a ton of them. The reverse side is always blank. I assume they are valueless. Thank you.

re: Poland Cards

It is a postal card, favor canceled (likely first day).

Here are other examples:
https://www.buckacover.com/covers/search.php?code=postat

very similar to US postal cards:
https://www.buckacover.com/covers/search.php?code=usfdcstat
(this link also includes envelopes, advance to page 3 or 4 for more cards)

A butterfly thematic collector might pay you $0.50-$1.00 just to have it, but will probably want to buy enough to warrant the postage cost (a common refrain here on Stamporama)

re: Poland Cards

That's a very nice postcard indeed! Happy

Britain's post office postcards were very plain in comparison.Sad

Even these seem to have stopped. The last ones that I know of were issued back in 2007 to commemorate the centenary of the Scouts.

re: Poland Cards

I have quite a few German ones. They will be used as stiffeners in envelopes once I have used up my current Channel Islands Presentation Pack ones.
