From the postmark i know its Swiss...but is it scott listed ? i did not see it. Image Not Found

It is listed in the 2015 Zumstein catalog and likely is the #15 Telegraph stamp with an 1881 issue date. This has a CV of 6CF or about $6USD if it is gray/rose. If it is gray/carmine or gray/red the CV is over $500. Also depends on paper type.

Listed in Michel Mitteleuropa 2018. likely as David said, 1881 Mi no 15. ??
