I found this stamp Mongolia #287 postally used from 1962 interesting..the scott catalog indeed assigns it a number..but when i look for Mongolia in my Scott international albums years 1960-1969 i find no pages for it.Image Not Found

There are at least 19 (more if you consider the "sand dunes sheikdoms) countries that Scott either does not, or has stopped issuing pages for in the International albums. There also are many countries where Scott skipped pages for then resumed. You are correct that Mongolia is one of them.

Thank goodness for Steiner pages!
